Als reliability engineer ligt de focus op het waarborgen en verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudbaarheid van de technische assets in onze Belgische vestigingen. Het bedenken en ontwikkelen van analysemethoden om de betrouwbaarheid van onze asset portfolio te bepalen om te streven naar het optimum in termen van uptime en downtime (voor service). Verzamelen en analyseren van gegevens uit ons CMMS en andere informatiebronnen. Maakt diagrammen, grafieken, tekeningen, berekeningen en rapporten om betrouwbaarheidsproblemen te definiëren en aanbevelingen te doen voor verbeteringen. Voert een analyse uit van betrouwbaarheidsproblemen en onderzoekt welke benadering van betrouwbaarheid nodig is voor de situatie, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met de kostenbeperkingen voor uptime/downtime van apparatuur, reparatie-/vervangingskosten en gewicht, omvang en beschikbaarheid van materialen/apparatuur. Bepaalt kostenvoordelen van alternatieven en ontwikkelt actieplannen die voldoen aan interne/externe klanteisen voor betrouwbaarheidsprocessen/apparatuur om storingen te voorkomen. De ideale kandidaat heeft een goede staat van dienst op het gebied van reliability engineering binnen een farmaceutische productieomgeving en is bereid om de belangrijkste aspecten van technische taken uit te voeren.

jouw aanbod Je behaalde een diploma in Engineering of aanverwante disciplineErvaring binnen een bio-/farmaceutische fabriek of consultancy rol (productie, onderhoud, process engineering, engineering) is een pluspuntJe hebt ervaring met reliability, onderhouds- en engineeringwerkzaamheden, liefst binnen een cGMP setting.Kennis van een CMMS (SAP-PM) systeem, k ennis van Risk Management processen (HAZOP, FMECA, RCM) zijn pluspunten.Kennis van kwaliteitseisen in de farmaceutische industrie is een sterke troef.Je bent zelfgedreven en in staat om eigen doelen te stellen en prioriteiten te stellen onder druk.Je bent vloeiend in Engels (geschreven en gesproken), bij voorkeur Nederlands op niveau C1.Werkrooster is ongeveer 70% Gent, 30% Beerse.
