Hoe zal je Brussel laten bewegen?
Als Corporate Information Security Officer sta je in voor de implementatie en handhaving van de visie en de strategie inzake Information Security voor de volledige MIVB. Je rapporteert aan de Chief Security Officer.
Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het Information Security Management System (ISMS). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en je helpt bij de implementatie van de ISMS Governance op elk niveau en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de Information Security teams.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking en het up to date houden van de richtlijnen en het interne beleid inzake Information Security. Je ontwikkelt het strategisch plan voor de beveiliging van de IT-infrastructuur op basis van risicoanalyses en stemt de outcome ervan met betrokken partijen af.
- Je werkt samen en stemt af met de operationele managers (Information Security) en de managers van Corporate Legal, DPO Office, Information Governance en Corporate Audit.
- Je zit het ISMC (Information Security Management Committee) voor. In dit comité worden de beleidslijnen gevalideerd voordat ze naar het ExCom gaan.
- In samenwerking met People Security draag je bij aan de bewustwording van Information Security (CyberSecurity) en aan de mentaliteitsverandering.
- Je voert ad hoc controles uit van de beveiliging die in bepaalde projecten is geïmplementeerd en doet aanbevelingen voor verbetering. Je helpt het team Information Security bij het opsporen en oplossen van beveiligingsincidenten.
- Je volgt de wettelijke, reglementaire (NIS, ISO27001, enz.) en technologische ontwikkelingen en veranderingen op de voet.

Een eerlijk loonbeleid
Bij de MIVB wordt je loon op een transparante manier berekend, rekening houdend met je verantwoordelijkheden en ervaring, ongeacht je geslacht of achtergrond
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring). Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in Information Security in een groot en/of complex bedrijf.
- Je hebt een goede algemene kennis van infrastructuur, informatietechnologie en telecommunicatie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van ISO 27001, Risk Management en ideaal ook van NIS.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig NL/FR (Selor art. 12) en je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Jouw persoonlijke kwaliteiten: zin voor initiatief, overtuigingskracht, goede relationele vaardigheden, leadership, facilitator, leergierig.
