The role
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees from A to Z;
- Providing information about payments, onboarding or offboarding, sickness and work schedules, among others;
- Administration around sickness and absence;
- Execution of administrative tasks such as creation of contracts, contract change documents, employee data management and other HR documents;
- Initiating equipment shipments for new employees and collection of equipment from leaving employees;
- Processing employee data and managing various HR documents;
- Provide guidance and support employees on performance management, employee development & performance management;
- Participate in the HR communication, policy updates, employee newsletters to develop and maintain the engagement.
Your profile
- 2+ years experience in a high volume support function;
- An understanding of HR or experience in an HR-related position is a plus;
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch;
- Affinity working with different online systems, including Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of formulas and automated report;
- Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders;
- Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
