Omschrijving
- Je controleert en doet de financiële follow-up van budgetten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent
- Je geeft financiële ondersteuning bij de opmaak van een begroting
- Je werkt nauw samen met de wetenschappelijke diensten / ondersteunende diensten.
- Je assisteert in de opmaak van de jaarlijkse budgetten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verslaglegging van de projecten waarvoor u verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je zorgt voor het aanleveren van relevante informatie en rapporteringen en bespreekt deze samen met de projectverantwoordelijke
- Je leest de contracten na en controleert de budgettaire cijfers
- Je helpt je collega's en bent hun back-up bij afwezigheden
- Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke Budget en Contract management.
- Je werkt de personeelsdatabase bij door mensen aan het juiste project te koppelen
- Je volgt de aanwervingen op en de wijzigingen in de personeelsbezetting
Profiel van kandidaat
- Bachelor of Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring in financiële opvolging van projecten is een pluspunt
- Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden
- Teamplayer die een vlotte samenwerking uitbouwt binnen en buiten de eigen afdeling
- Goede kennis van Excel (Pivot table...)
- Generieke competenties : klantgericht; zin voor initiatief; analytisch, probleemoplossend
- Talen : Nederlands, Frans is een plus
- Plus : kennis van boekhouding en kennis van de berekening van personeelskosten
