Pour renforcer notre équipe Sales basée à Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 30 km de Bruxelles) et sous la supervision du Key Account Manager, nous recherchons notre futur.e talent (H/F) pour effectuer un stage de minimum 4 mois à partir de juillet 2024.

En tant que Sales Support Intern, tu assisteras les Key Account Managers dans l'administration de leurs différents clients. Tu les aideras à gérer leurs priorités dans le suivi des clients, des commandes et de tous les sujets d'administration connexes. De plus, tu participeras à la coordination d'activités comme la vérification des assortiments, les présentations internes, les examens des activités, le soutien sur le terrain, les projets spéciaux, etc...


Tes missions :

Intégré(e) au sein d'une équipe dynamique et innovante, ton rôle est de soutenir les KAM dans leurs tâches quotidiennes.

  • Assurer un suivi adéquat, auprès des clients, de la stratégie commerciale définie par les KAM (accord sur les activités, les prix et les promotions,...)
  • Soutien administratif et opérationnel
  • Soutien dans le Day to Day
  • Coordination des activités promotionnelles pour nos clients : mise à jour du plan promotionnel et saisie dans notre logiciel interne.
  • Préparation et suivi de la gamme d'assortiment de base/saisonnière en coordination avec l'équipe trade marketing
  • Suivi des activités commerciales et dossiers : confirmation de promotions, facturation, ..
  • Coordination de l'administration du canal pour les réunions de terrain et les présentations internes
  • Support à l'organisation des réunions internes et externes
  • Participation à des projets ponctuels liés aux clients
  • Être un point de contact central pour les KAM assignés entre l'équipe des ventes, de la gestion des catégories, du marketing, de l'approvisionnement, des finances et du service client.

Profil recherché :

  • Tu es un.e étudiant.e en dernière année de Bachelor/Master en Gestion, Techniques de Commercialisation ou Sciences Économiques, tu souhaites t'orienter vers le commercial et tu recherches un stage de fin d'études.
  • Tu as une affinité pour le secteur du FMCG et souhaites l'approfondir.
  • Tu apprécies les tâches administratives.
  • Tu maitrises les outils digitaux et spécifiquement Microsoft Office. Connaissance de SAP est un plus.
  • Tu es autonome, et tu es capable de gérer des priorités et ton stress.
  • Tu as une bonne capacité d'analyse (travailler avec des faits et des chiffres).
  • Tu maitrises le français et l'anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
  • Une précédente expérience en Sales est un plus.

Attention pour candidater tu dois pouvoir réaliser entre 4 et 6 mois de stage et disposer d'une convention délivrée par ton université/école.
