This is a contract as Consultant (employee or freelance): project starting in August 2024 and to end on December 31, 2024 with possibility of extension.
key responsibilities
As CMC product portfolio manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
Ensure the Launch program and LCM plannings are appropriately set-up and followed-up, by providing support to SMEs for creating a master plan for their assigned project that includes timelines, required resources and the responsibilities of each project team member; record, update and track this information in the dedicated software applications.Work closely with the SMEs to ensure that project milestones are met and within prescribed budget & resource constraints. Generate monthly reports and dashboardon schedule adherence and associated impacts when there are deviations.Consolidate all relevant CMC projects into a Portfolio per product, ensuring appropriate links between projects, milestones and resources. Help identifying any resource constraints proactively, escalate them appropriately and facilitate the prioritization-making process.Contribute to budgeting effort and risks identification and mitigation.Set-up, organize, assign access and maintain communication platforms/tools and information flows.qualifications As CMC product portfolio manager, we expect the following competences and skills: Minimum 5 years of project, program and/or portfolio management experience and in associated toolsExperience in enterprise planning/resource capability and systemsExcellent knowledge of French & EnglishAbility to work in cross-functional teams, including remotelyExcellent organization skillsRobust knowledge of change managementA certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean or equivalent is a plusGood communicator and listener in an international environment, you like to communicate complex data in a simple consolidated wayAgile to gain commitment, proactive, accountable, quality-focused, resilient, with a positive mindsetKnowledge in pharmaceutical CMC/developmentKnowledge of Planisware PPM tool is a strong assetKnowledge of the pharmaceutical environment; launch and life cycle management processes and the regulations applicable during development
