As a Inside Account Manager, you support our sales organization and help companies with fewer than 200 employees find the right talent.

As a Inside Account Manager, you'll support our sales organization and assist companies in finding the right talent. You'll strengthen our team in Brussels, contributing to the further development of Stepstone.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a personal portfolio of prospects and existing clients through telephone contact.
  • Introduce our services, identify and analyze the needs of prospects and clients, and develop concrete proposals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Customer Service, Marketing, and Support to deliver the best quality service.
  • Increase business and boost sales through enhanced prospecting and phone calls.
