For our "Customer and Product Management"division we are looking for a
TechnicalAdministrator - Time Management (m/f/d)Theposition can be based at our offices in Gießen, Fulda, Darmstadt orKassel. This position is a full-time position, which is inprinciple divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities- You are responsible for setting up andmaintaining the time management terminals for our customers
- You will administer the Windows and Linuxsystems within the P&I-LogaAll-in environment
- You are responsible for the network infrastructure ofthe customer's time management system (planning and maintenance)
- You create quotations and monitor the orderprocessing of LOGA hardware components in SAP S/4HANA
- You will process customer inquiries (first / secondlevel support), carry out error analyses and take overcommunication with the software or hardware manufacturer
The level of pay is based on asalary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a finalindividual assessment and personal qualifications.

What you bring with you- Completed technical training inthe field of computer science or similar qualification throughrelevant professional experience
- Experiencein the technical installation and support of IT systems (Windows /Linux)
- Strong knowledge of networktechnology
- Extensive PC knowledge andmastery of standard software
- Understandingof databases and knowledge of SQL
- Basicknowledge of SAP S/4HANA
- Ability to analyzeand implement complex interrelationships
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Quick comprehension and initiative
- Empathy and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel and class B driving license
