Een greep uit het takenpakket:
- Leiden en coachen van het Financial Reporting team
- Sparringpartner voor management
- Opmaken van financiële analyses en reportages op maand, kwartaal en jaar basis
- Ondersteunen bij fusies en overnames
- Opstellen van budgetten en prognoses
- Optimaliseren van interne systemen en processen
Het profiel van de ideale Financial Reporting Teamlead:
- Je hebt een master in een financiële richting en al 8 jaar ervaring binnen fiscaliteit en accounting
- Grondige kennis van IFRS, SAP en financiële rapportering
- Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en flexibel
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels
