Notre partenaire est en pleine croissance et est aujourd'hui en train de fusionner ses activités avec une autre société afin de renforcer sa présence en Belgique, allier ses forces et partager ses best practices.

Dans le cadre de ces changements, notre client souhaite renforcer ses équipes avec un Accounting & Controlling Manager. Vous superviserez une équipe de 3 Comptables et prendrez en charge l'intégralité du Contrôle de Gestion en soutien au CFO.

Un certain nombre de challenge et de beaux projets vous attendent au sein de cette structure Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'harmonisation des procédures et l'implémentation de nouveaux outils informatiques.


  • Supervision quotidienne d'une équipe de 3 Comptables
  • Gestion des clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
  • Validation des déclarations de TVA et des ISOC
  • Etablissement des comptes annuels
  • Implémentation et suivi des budgets du HQ et des différentes entités
  • Analyse et optimisation des KPIs des différentes entités
  • Analyse des données financières et préparation de reporting mensuel pour le management
  • Contrôle des coûts et suivi du flux de trésorerie
  • Premier point de contact pour les auditeurs externes
  • Participation à des projets d'implémentation, harmonisation et automatisation

  • Education supérieure en Economie, Finance ou Sciences de Gestion
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale et finance. Une première expérience en tant que Manager/Team Lead est un plus
  • Vous parlez français et néerlandais de manière fluide
  • Votre esprit critique et analytique vous permet de fournir des analyses poussées et de rapidement détecter des points d'amélioration
  • Vous êtes une personne digne de confiance. Vous fournissez un travail qualitatif en temps et en heure
