BÚN Bar & Restaurants offers a contemporary and refined dining experience showcasing Vietnamese cuisine. We provide both tasting menus and à la carte dishes to cater to diverse culinary preferences.
Responsibilities
Proficiently manage tasks of the kitchen Coordinate and oversee preparations and orders Execute production and service operations while upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards Contribute operational efficiency Collaborate with the team to innovate and refine dishes
Profile
Passion for Asian cuisine and culture Previous experience in a fine dining kitchen environment Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactive approach to work Strong communication and motivational skills to engage with colleagues Diligently fulfill responsibilities related to preparation and closing tasks
