Als process engineer ga je voornamelijk:

  • Productieprocessen optimaliseren in samenspraak met het management, waarbij jouw focus voornamelijk gaat liggen op kennis verzamelen over het machinepark en zijn productieprocessen.

  • Verder zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor de optimalisatie van het productieapparaat en neemt daar bij de lead in het realiseren van verbeterprojecten. Je zal dus voorstellen voor kwaliteits-, efficiëntie- en methode verbeteringen

  • Opleiding en ondersteuning voor operatoren en productiemedewerkers, samen met de shift- en teamleaders.

  • Je werkt verbeteringen uit voor gedetecteerde terugkerende problemen (RCA).

  • Lead van het 5S team, het team coördineren.

  • Je ondersteunt in het verwerken van productiedata en informatie voor het maken van rapporteringen.

  • Bij afwezigheid van leden van het operationsteam, zal je ingezet worden als back-up.

  • Heeft een master opleiding en kan reeds een eerste ervaring voorleggen binnen een productie omgeving.

  • Is een people manager die een samenwerkingscultuur uitbouwt en hebt een passie voor voeding.

  • Heeft technische een sterke affiniteit.

  • Beschikt over een analytisch denkvermogen in combinatie me gezonde hoeveelheid ambitie en anticipatie.

  • Is communicatief sterk, en kan door argumenten, op basis van data, anderen overtuigen en motiveren.

  • Heeft kennis van ICT-toepassingen en MS-software.


Je wordt door Newpoint Professional ondersteund door opleiding en/of coaching. Onze doelstelling is immers jou te helpen evolueren door sterk in te zetten op jouw opleiding en professionele groei.
