De nadruk ligt op je knowhow en kennis inzake visuele identiteit. Enerzijds creëer je grafische elementen en anderzijds ontwikkel je grafische stijlgidsen.
Je taken bestaan uit:
• Luisteren naar klanten om hun behoeften en verwachtingen inzake visuele identiteit te begrijpen.
• Applicaties en websites ontwerpen met oog voor de toegankelijkheidsnormen.
• Meerdere innovatieve en pragmatische voorstellen doen en ze toelichten zodat de klanten in alle vertrouwen een keuze kunnen maken.
• De uiteindelijke keuze concreet uitwerken zodat het webteam kan beginnen met het maken van de websites.
• De weerhouden oplossing voorstellen aan het webontwikkelingsteam zodat de uitvoering van het project soepel verloopt.
• Grafische stijlgidsen maken om de visuele consistentie van de projecten te waarborgen.
Je hebt een bachelordiploma en meerdere jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Je bent gepassioneerd door de gebruikersinterfacewereld (UI). Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen, je bent van nature nieuwsgierig, creatief en kan goed luisteren.
Je legt makkelijk contacten en kan je visie delen, met klanten en het management.
Je beschikt over communicatie- en schrijfvaardigheden, een kritische geest en je bent resultaatgericht. Door je flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid kan je goed omgaan met verschillende situaties.
Je hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit en het naleven van deadlines.
Je kan zelfstandig werken maar je hebt ook een goed ontwikkelde teamgeest.
Kennis van en ervaring met volgende technische competenties is een pluspunt:
• grafische ontwerpsoftware (Adobe Creative Suite en Figma);
• MS Office en contentmanagementsystemen;
• webcultuur en trends op het vlak van grafisch ontwerp en technologie;
• uitdagingen zoals responsive design;
• toegankelijkheidsnormen WCAG 2.1 AA;
• interaction design en toegankelijkheid;
• HTML en CSS;
• de publieke sector en de sociale zekerheid in het bijzonder.
