Vous prenez notamment en charge les tâches suivantes :
- Vous veillez à ce que l'organisation respecte la législation et la réglementation en vigueur en matière de protection de la vie privée.
- Pour les opérations de traitement au sein de l'organisation, vous prodiguez des conseils quant au respect des dispositions GDPR et des normes minimales de la sécurité sociale.
- Vous coordonnez et assistez les différents responsables de l'organisation pour établir et mettre à jour l'analyse d'impact relative à la protection des données pour toutes les opérations de traitement au sein de l'organisation.
- Vous coordonnez et assistez l'organisation dans l'établissement et la tenue à jour du registre des activités de traitement.
- Vous réalisez des analyses, prodiguez des conseils et accompagnez les différentes équipes de Smals dans l'établissement et l'exécution des règles et prescriptions en matière de protection des données et de sécurité de l'information à différents stades du développement et de l'exploitation des services.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Master et disposez d'une expérience dans une fonction similaire.
Vous disposez déjà d'une première expérience professionnelle (ou équivalente) dans le domaine de la gestion de la vie privée, de la gouvernance de la sécurité de l'information, de la cybersécurité, de la gestion des risques ou de l'audit de sécurité.
Une connaissance approfondie de GDPR est nécessaire et vous possédez des connaissances spécifiques sur les pratiques de protection des données et, en particulier, des connaissances juridiques.
Vous avez une forte affinité avec les aspects informatiques et juridiques de la protection des données. Vous êtes intéressé par les nouvelles tendances et technologies liées à la sécurité de l'information et à la protection de la vie privée, susceptibles de représenter une valeur ajoutée pour l'organisation.
Vous avez le don de la communication et êtes à même de transcrire de manière structurée et claire les idées proposées. Doté d'un esprit analytique, vous êtes proactif et pragmatique.
En outre, vous pouvez travailler de façon autonome et organisée.
Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et du français est indispensable.
