Heb je al een aantal jaar ervaring als people manager in controlling? Houd je van uitdagende projecten in een complexe omgeving? Dan is dit project misschien wel iets voor jou


Als controlling manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de controlling & business planning activiteiten van de verschillende entiteiten op groepsniveau (wereldwijd) en je stuurt in deze rol een team van 4 controllers aan. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van 4 controllers die elk een aantal entiteiten opvolgen in de groep;
  • Je volgt de nodige KPI's van de business op en voert diverse analyses uit in dit kader;
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budgettering en reporting proces;
  • Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse afsluiting en de daarbij horende analyses;
  • Je biedt ad hoc ondersteuning voor strategische beslissingen en projecten;
  • Je initieert een aantal projecten om de controlling taken te automatiseren en/of de reporting te verbeteren.

  • Je hebt minimaal een 10-tal jaar ervaring in controlling
  • Je hebt ervaring als people manager
  • Je combineert een sterke helicopter view met oog voor detail
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent hands-on en positief ingesteld
  • Sterke kennis van SAP en Excel
  • Nederlandstalig/Franstalig en een goede kennis van Engels

  • Duurtijd: minimum 6 maanden
  • Locatie: Brussel-Centrum met mogelijkheid om 2 dagen per week van thuis te werken
  • Uiterlijke startdatum : ASAP
  • Marktconform dagtarief – te bepalen afhankelijk van ervaring
