Le savoir-faire du Groupe GL-events s'articule autour de 3 expertises : l'organisation d'évènements, la gestion opérationnelle de sites évènementiels et la fourniture des services logistiques nécessaires à la tenue de salons, foires et congrès.
A Bruxelles, le site de SQUARE-Brussels est situé à côté de la Gare Centrale, au cœur du quartier historique de la capitale. Le bâtiment iconique est un point de rencontre incontournable pour la destination du secteur MICE à Bruxelles. Ouvert en 2009, le Palais des Congrès a accueilli plus de 2000 événements professionnels internationaux et européens.
Accompagner administrativement (encodage, facturation, bons de commande…) et commercialement (contact client) au day to day le responsable F&B dans la réalisation et le suivi des offres pour les clients et les commandes des fournisseurs du Centre de Conventions, pour assurer la bonne organisation du service.
- Suivi administratif des dossiers :
- Création / ouverture des dossiers F&B,
- Contact directe avec le client et « traduction opérationnelle » à destination du service (Maître d'hôtel), de la cuisine, de la logistique, …,
- Elaboration et édition des bons de commande en tenant compte des modifications de dernière minute,
- Encodage des services F&B des événements dans le système opérationnel, création des factures et en faire le suivi.
- Planification annuelle des dossiers :
- Suivre l'évolution du planning EBMS (outil interne de gestion des dossiers),
- Veiller à la création des dossiers confirmés,
- Relancer l'équipe sales pour obtenir les dernières mises à jour des dossiers,
- Saisie de l'offre catering des Project Managers et participer au développement de la vente ;
- Saisir les menus pour chaque buffet et veiller à leur bonne réalisation dans les délais ;
- Renseigner les tableaux de bord de suivi d'activités, de suivi des horaires (temps de travail des équipes par événement) ;
- Tenir régulièrement informé le responsable F&B des anomalies relevées ;
- Recueillir les informations sur le déroulé des événements pour faire une évaluation et mettre en place, si nécessaire, de nouveaux processus pour améliorer nos prestations.
- Bachelier en hôtellerie,
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un hôtel ou agence événementielle,
- Parfaite maîtrise du néerlandais, de l'anglais et du français,
- Une première expérience dans l'organisation F&B pour des évènements de type congrès, conférences constitue un atout,
- Aisance informatique,
- Rigueur administrative,
- Respect des délais,
- Sociable et dynamique,
- Autonome.
