**Company**: The pre-opening of this stunning project is scheduled for this spring. Located in our vibrant capital, this hotel will guarantee an all-in experience. With stylish rooms, a full service, several restaurants and bars and a large MICE department, this hotel targets both national and international guests. For the entire F&B department, we are looking for an experienced F&B Manager who wants to get his/her teeth into this project.
**Duties**:
In the role of F&B Manager, you will be part of the pre-opening team. You will be responsible for effectively managing and coordinating all aspects within the hotel. Within this role, you will be in a key position to put the F&B department in this new hotel on the map.
These tasks will already occupy a large part of your day-to-day agenda:
- Operationally oversee daily F&B activities
- Setting out a structure, developing and implementing procedures
- Coaching, training and developing the F&B team
- Initiating and monitoring an efficient purchasing policy, stock management and orders
- Monitoring budgets, forecasts and results, as well as taking initiatives to improve results
- Monitoring reviews and feedback from guests and striving for the best service every day

**Profile**:
- Several years of (international) experience as a F&B Manager
- Experience in managing large volumes
- Strong helicopter view
- Strategic insight and strong figures
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer minded
- Creative and problem-solving mind
- Fluent in French and English, preferably also knowledge of Dutch
