Je bent in contact met de data stewards in de verschillende organisaties en bij de verschillende stakeholders en helpt het toegangproces van de data te vereenvoudigen.
Je bent betrokken bij het opschonen, documenteren en mappen van data, de implementatie van standaarden en referentiedata en ondersteunen van data modeling.
Je speelt tevens een actieve rol bij het opzetten, invullen, testen en verbeteren van de datacatalogus en business glossary, zowel op HDA-niveau als op het niveau van individuele instellingen.
Daarnaast draag je bij aan het bevorderen van de toepassing van FAIR-principes (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) door internationale standaarden toe te passen op gemeenschappelijke nomenclaturen, referentiedata, data modellen en data-uitwisselingsformaten (zoals DCAT, OMOP, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, FHIR).
Kortom, je bent een onmisbare schakel in het realiseren van een gecentraliseerde aanpak voor het secundair gebruik van data, waarbij de privacy en veiligheid van de gegevens voorop staan.
Je beschikt over een masterdiploma en hebt bewezen ervaring in het domein van data science.
Je hebt minimum twee jaar ervaring in data modeling, gebruik van data catalogen, metadata, FAIR data, referentie data en common data models en je hebt grondige kennis van standaard data modellen en data-uitwisselingsformaten (zoals DCAT, OMOP, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, FHIR).
Je hebt kennis van GDPR, data privacy en security, data deontologie en data ethiek.
Je bent in staat om ideeën schriftelijk op een gestructureerde en duidelijke wijze uit te werken en weer te geven en toont je in staat om effectief te communiceren en samen te werken binnen het team en met diverse stakeholders.
Je bent analytisch, probleemoplossend en praktijkgericht ingesteld.
Je werkt autonoom en georganiseerd.
Je kan snel nieuwe concepten, technologieën, en methodologieën op te pikken.
Kenis van de gezondheidszorgsector en health data ecosysteem is een pluspunt.
Tot slot heb je een actieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels.
