Je analyseert de vereisten van de aanvragen en identificeert de nodige processtappen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige info aangeleverd wordt en documenteert deze zorgvuldig. Je kijkt tevens toe op de kwaliteit van de processen en resultaten en rapporteert hierover aan de verantwoordelijke.
Daarnaast coördineer je projecten waarbij verschillende betrokken partijen op dezelfde lijn moeten zitten om de projectdoelstellingen te bereiken. Je onderhoudt de communicatie tussen belanghebbenden, waaronder beleidsmakers, data providers, data requesters/users zoals onderzoekers, etc. Hierbij ontwikkel je gedetailleerde projectplannen om ervoor te zorgen dat de projecten binnen vastgestelde tijdlijnen en budgetten worden uitgevoerd. Je voorziet hierbij ook de nodige rapportering.
Tot slot is het ook de rol van de Business Analyst Health Data om risico's te identificeren en evalueren. Je werkt daarvoor samen met de juridische teams om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten van een aanvraag voldoen aan de relevante richtlijnen met betrekking tot gezondheidsgegevens en privacy.
Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals gezondheidsinformatica, gezondheidsbeleid, projectmanagement of informatiemanagement.
Je toont sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
Je hebt een basiskennis van gezondheidsinformatiesystemen en infrastructuren die betrokken zijn bij het beheer van gezondheidsgegevens.
Kennis van de gezondheidszorgsector, inclusief goed begrip van de regelgeving, datamanagement en privacy kwesties, is van cruciaal belang om effectief te communiceren over gezondheidsdata-initiatieven.
Je toont sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je kan goed presteren onder druk en haalt strakke deadlines.
Je bent in staat om snel nieuwe concepten en wijzigingen in relevante wetgeving of richtlijnen op te pikken.
Goede samenwerkingsvaardigheden om een team aan te sturen en effectief te werken met andere afdelingen binnen het agentschap en externe partners is belangrijk.
Tot slot heb je een actieve kennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels.
