  • Behartig de belangen van onze partners/boekhouders binnen Acerta binnen het domein bedrijfsleiders.
  • Je bent de contactpersoon van onze partners en weet op regelmatige basis vinger aan de pols te houden en verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Vragen en behoeften van boekhouders vanuit een breed perspectief analyseren op basis van de werking van een boekhoudkantoor en vertalen naar relevante oplossingen.
  • Samen met het product en project team behoeften definiëren en werken aan impactvolle oplossingen.
  • Testen en valideren van oplossingen in ontwikkeling en bijsturen waar nodig.

  • Ervaring als boekhouder of als product manager met kennis van de accountancywereld of payroll is vereist.
  • Kennis van de uitdagingen van onze partners in de context van onze samenwerking als Ondernemingsloket, Sociaal Verzekeringsfonds en Sociaal Secretariaat.
  • Kennis van digitale ontwikkelingen in de boekhoudwereld en het vermogen om zowel met digitale als papieren journaalposten te werken is essentieel.
  • Met jouw sterke coördinatie- en planningsvaardigheden weet je steeds proactief en structureel te werken.
  • Je voelt je in jouw comfortzone als het gaat om het maken van syntheses en analyses.

  • Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
  • Een bedrijfswagen en nationale laadkaart behoren ook tot jouw pakket.
  • Je ontvangt een vergoeding voor jouw woon-werk verkeer. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €115 netto/maand.
  • Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis.
  • We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
  • Via ons cafetariaplan stel je jouw eigen loonpakket samen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid tot het leasen van een fiets, aankoop van een smartphone of tablet, terugbetaling van een GSM-abonnement of internet thuis etc.
