Om ons departement Operations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Project Manager - Expert.


Het doel van de Senior Project Manager - Expert is het coördineren van projecten (zowel renovatie van gebouwen als technische projecten) op de site van de luchthaven en voornamelijk binnen de geografische zone Landside, om de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisering van de luchthaveninfrastructuur te garanderen.

Als Senior Project Manager - Expert volg je projecten op van A-Z. Deze taken zijn hier onlosmakelijk aan verbonden:

  • Voorstudie en studie van de projecten: behoeftenanalyse, opstellen lastenboek, offerte beoordeling en shortlist maken van interessante providers (samen met Procurement)
  • Organisatie en leiding van de werkzaamheden tot definitieve oplevering: sturing geven aan leveranciers en onderaannemers, waken over het resultaat, beheer van de technische fiches, etc.
  • Administratief en financieel beheer: opmaak van prijsaanvragen en kostenramingen, opvolging van het budget, controle van de vorderingsstaten, opvolging schadedossiers, etc.

  • Je hebt een ruime ervaring van minimaal 15 jaar in bouwkundige projecten binnen operationele en technisch complexe omgevingen, met een focus op inrichting en premium afwerking
  • Deze ervaring kan je aanvullen met eerdere ervaring in hotelrenovaties en in het managen van zeer complexe projecten met een hoeveelheid aan stakeholders binnen multidisciplinaire teams
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de diverse speciale technieken zoals elektriciteit, hvac en/of fire detection
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als resultaatsgericht, hands-on en je hebt oog voor detail (voor o.a. luxueuze afwerking)
  • Contact met verschillende stakeholders is helemaal jouw ding. Intern, extern en op alle niveaus. Zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.
