En tant que Head of Internal Audit, vous rapportez au Comité de Direction et au Conseil d'Administration via le Comité d'Audit et jouez un rôle crucial en tant que troisième ligne de défense au sein du système bancaire. Vous fournissez une opinion et une évaluation indépendante, objective et pertinente sur le système de contrôle interne et sa capacité à atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et stratégiques de la Banque CPH. En utilisant une approche systématique, méthodique et « risk-based », vous évaluez, selon un planning pluriannuel, de manière indépendante, la qualité et l'efficience des processus de gouvernance, de gestion des risques et de contrôle interne. Vous proposez également des recommandations d'optimisation.
Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
- Vous vous chargez de la coordination et de l'exécution des missions d'audit, du reporting indépendant de celles-ci, et contribuez à l'élaboration des documents et rapports de qualité à l'attention du Comité de Direction et du Comité d'Audit.
- Vous évaluez les processus de gouvernance, de gestion des risques et de contrôle.
- Vous formulez des recommandations conduisant au développement d'un environnement de contrôle répondant aux normes de qualité les plus élevées et vous vous efforcez d'apporter des améliorations continues.
- Vous contrôlez et validez la mise en œuvre adéquate de ces recommandations.
- Vous participez, par votre jugement indépendant, au renforcement et à la mise en place d'une organisation efficiente et d'un système de contrôle interne adéquat.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les premières et secondes lignes de défense.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire de master à orientation mathématique, économique ou financière.
- Vous pouvez vous prévaloir d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans en audit interne ou externe, acquise au sein d'une institution financière ou en relation directe avec un acteur du secteur bancaire ou bancassurance.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des produits financiers et de la réglementation qui s'applique dans le secteur.
- Vous faites preuve d'un esprit analytique rigoureux, d'une grande curiosité intellectuelle, d'un sens critique affuté ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et organisationnelles.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, le contact facile et vous vous sentez à l'aise pour interagir à tous les niveaux de l'organisation avec sensibilité, tact et professionnalisme.
- Vous vous efforcez d'adopter une approche axée sur la qualité, les résultats et la satisfaction des audités via vos recommandations.
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des outils MS Office.
- La certification CIA (« Certifié Internal Auditor ») est un plus ainsi que toute autre expérience dans le secteur financier.
- En plus du français, une bonne maitrise de l'anglais écrit et oral est nécessaire et le néerlandais est un atout.
- Vous intégrez une banque coopérative de proximité et humaine basée à Tournai, dotée d'un esprit PME et très solide financièrement.
- Vous occupez une fonction centrale au sein d'un environnement de travail dynamique dans lequel vous interagissez avec des interlocuteurs variés tant internes qu'externes.
