Senior Financial Controller

Voor een Private Equity bedrijf in Brussel zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Financial Controller om het Finance team te versterken. Met kantoren in onder andere Brussel, Londen, New York etc.. en meer dan 2 miljard euro investeringsgeld in verschillende participaties behoren zij tot het neusje van de zalm in de investeringssector. Als Senior Financial Controller krijg je een brede taakomschrijving met zowel Controlling (full P&L scope) als Accounting voorgeschoteld binnen een hecht Finance team bestaande uit 5 personen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer en algemene boekhouding van verschillende binnenlandse en buitenlandse holdingmaatschappijen;
- Je staat in voor de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen;
- Je zorgt voor reconsiliaties van de proefbalans, opstellingen van provisies en je zorgt voor het jaarlijkse consolidatieproces in BE GAAP;
- Je zorgt voor een financiële analyse van de cashflow en treasury;
- Je stelt de jaarlijkse budgetten op en zorgt voor de monitoring van de actuals versus de budgetten;
- Je zorgt voor financiële opvolging van ad-hoc projecten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de btw-aangifte en fiscale verplichtingen en externe rapportering (BNB);
- Je dient jaarlijks de wettelijke jaarrekeningen en belastingaangiften in;
- Je zorgt voor een correcte toepassing van de transfer-pricing overeenkomsten;
- Je beschikt over een bachelor accountancy en minimaal 5 jaar relevante accountingervaring A-Z.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, weet van aanpakken, proactief en resultaatgericht;
- Je bent een analytische en probleemoplossende denker;
- Je bent betrouwbaar en je functioneert goed in een fast-paced werkomgeving;
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, spreekt vloeiend Engels, Frans is een plus;
- Ervaring als controller (Business partnering) is een grote plus;
- Een positie met een brede scope en exposure naar executive management binnen een gerenommeerde private equity speler
- Je komt terecht in een jonge, dynamische organisatie waar passie, doorgroei en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan;
