- 2nd level support (by phone, remotely and onsite) and working in the ticket system
- The(further) development of group guidelines and modern policies, alsowith regard to current security recommendations and standards
- Simplifying administrative activities withthe help of scripts (e.g. with Powershell, Batch, Python orsimilar)
- The administration, configurationand further development of the existing software distributioninfrastructure (OPSI)
- Contributing to theplanning, management and support of IT projects and plans (e.g.introduction of Windows 11)
- The creation ofconcepts and installation instructions
- Successfully completed IT training with relevant professionalexperience or studies in the field of computer science
- Ideally, relevant Microsoft certifications are alreadyavailable (e.g. MD-102, MTA, MCSA or MCSE)
- You work just as well independently as part of a team
- A good technical understanding, a pronounced service andsolution orientation as well as a structured and careful way ofworking characterize you
- Optionally, youhave a class B driving license
- Fluentwritten and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is anadvantage
- You are familiar with Microsofttechnologies (Windows client and server operating systems, ActiveDirectory, group policies)
- Optionally, youhave already gained experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager(Intune)
- You have already gained initialexperience in planning, managing or implementing IT projects
- Experience with scripting or programminglanguages (Powershell, Python or others)
- Experience in creating concepts and installation instructions
- Optionally, rudimentary Linux knowledge isalready available
- Knowledge in the planningand coordination of rollouts
