We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently and transform in a dynamic market.  What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?You will be responsible for the assessment of existing and potential customers, defining product needs, and sales execution, continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the manufacturers to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.You will carry the budget responsibility for all assigned business development areas. You will define and track performance for the manufacturers products and services.You will coordinate opportunity development of both Net New as well as Existing Customers.You will manage the relationship with the manufacturer’s regional staff in all Vertical markets.This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

Requirements

What are we looking for?  Experience in a similar position within IT channel sales is desiredA full driving license and readiness to travel across Belgium and LuxembourgNative French languageFluency in Dutch and English  Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approachEffective communication with people at all levels Natural propensity to adopt a structured approach i.e. managing time in the office and on the road, determining who key decision makers are and the dynamics of the sales of complex projects.Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts including working with alliance vendors.Problem solving and capacity to follow through on a task to conclusion.This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
