Vous avez de l’expérience en administration? Vous êtes orienté-e client et solutions ?
En tant que Business Support Officer, vous êtes chargé de maintenir les relations commerciales et le portefeuille de clients dans le secteur professionnel (grossistes, municipalités, hôpitaux, écoles…). Vous êtes le premier point de contact avec nos clients B2B. L'objectif est de positionner Carrefour comme un acteur majeur sur le marché B2B et d'augmenter systématiquement le chiffre d'affaires.
Vos tâches et objectifs principaux :
* Développer et entretenir les relations commerciales :
* Maintenir et développer un portefeuille de clients B2B pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires de Carrefour.
* Être le point de contact principal pour vos clients et assurer leur suivi de manière structurée et professionnelle.
* Étendre la coopération avec nos partenaires logistiques (Conway, Trendyfood…).
* Aider les clients à mesurer l'impact de la coopération avec Carrefour B2B.
* Assurer la satisfaction et la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux de vos clients.
* Acquérir de nouveaux clients, répondre à des appels d'offres pour augmenter le chiffre d’affaires.
Opérationnel :
* Suivre les commandes et les livraisons.
* Assurer un suivi logistique avec les différents intervenants (transport, dépôt…).
* Suivre les factures et notes de crédit.
* Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière proactive et autonome.
* Mettre en œuvre la politique stratégique et commerciale B2B.
* Déployer et suivre les campagnes de promotion.
* Élaborer des rapports réguliers sur vos actions et résultats commerciaux.
Collaboration :
* Collaborer avec les partenaires pour exécuter les initiatives opérationnelles et stratégiques.
* Automatiser et standardiser le processus de vente.
* Partager vos connaissances et développer votre expertise, professionnalisme et orientation client.
* Optimiser les processus internes.
* Être un ambassadeur actif de Carrefour.
* Soutenir la communication interne. Profil * Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent par l'expérience.
* Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine commercial et back-office.
* Fort en administration et travail précis.
* Excellente connaissance d’Excel, la connaissance de SAP est un atout.
* Multitâches et apprécier la diversité.
* Une expérience dans le secteur de la grande distribution est un plus.
