Is de wereld van hashtags, likes en shares je natuurlijke habitat en heb je een scherp oog voor digitale trends? Wil je de digitale aanwezigheid van Boerenbond naar een hoger niveau tillen? Dan word je misschien wel onze nieuwe Social Media Officer.
Functieomschrijving
- Je weet de land – en tuinbouwsector op een originele manier in de kijker te zetten en zet Boerenbond als brand op de kaart bij de verschillende doelgroepen.
- Je beheert de sociale media van Boerenbond en springt slim om met elk medium (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook,..)
- Als strateeg werk je de aanpak voor sociale media van a tot z uit: van het ontwikkelen van een strategie, over het plannen, verzamelen en creëren van inhoud tot het opstellen, plaatsen en monitoren van posts.
- Je werkt samen met het team Marcom, de expert externe communicatie en de nieuwsdienst om zowel vlot in te spelen op actualiteit als bij te dragen aan sociale mediacampagnes zoals #Boerentrots.
- Je bent op de hoogte van de laatste digitale ontwikkelingen en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare strategieën voor onze organisatie. Je geeft ook interne opleidingen over gebruik sociale media.
- Je bent ondernemend met een goede kennis van de algoritmes van sociale media en marketing campagnes en een brede kijk op communicatie.
- Je hebt 2-3 jaar ervaring met het beheren van professionele sociale media.
- Je blinkt uit in samenwerking en hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de veelzijdige land- en tuinbouwsector, en weet deze interesse te vertalen naar verfrissende digitale communicatie.
- Je wordt enthousiast van het uitdokteren van je eigen contentplan en gaat zelf de baan op om je plan tot leven te brengen.
- Verantwoordelijkheid nemen zit in jouw DNA en je bent sterk proactief in je aanpak.
- Je hebt oog voor vormgeving en je maakt visueel aantrekkelijke en inhoudelijk sterke content.
- Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
- Planmatig, flexibel en resultaatgericht werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
