De verantwoordelijkheden van deze functie als Communications Officer: Social Media and Employer Branding zijn:

- Website en jobsite: je optimaliseert de inhoud van de sites, je houdt het up-to-date en voert regelmatige prestatieanalyses uit;
- Sociale media: je helpt de nieuwe digitale strategie te implementeren om de positionering en aanwezigheid op sociale media te versterken. Je bent de referentiepersoon voor communicatie op sociale netwerken in het team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwartaalrapportage over de KPI's;
- Employer Branding: via de Employer Branding-strategie en de productie van materiaal en content help je mee om getalenteerde nieuwe collega's aan te trekken en zo de ambities van de klant waar te maken. Je helpt bij het opstellen van een raamcontract met een bureau voor onze toekomstige campagnes. Je volgt de uitvoering van de campagnes op met het bureau en/of lanceert de advertenties rechtstreeks vanuit de sociale netwerken;
- Employee Journey en Ambassadeurs: je werkt samen met het HR-team aan de ontwikkeling van de Employee Journey-strategie (welkomstmail, verjaardag binnen het bedrijf, belangrijke evenementen, enz.) Je doet voorstellen en voert projecten uit. Je draagt bij tot het nadenken over en aan het opzetten van een netwerk van ambassadeurs onder het personeel;
- Internationale communicatie: je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van de communicatie om het bedrijf internationaal te promoten. Je bent de contactpersoon voor de internationale afdeling. Je stelt jaarlijks een mediaplan op in internationale tijdschriften;
- Interne communicatie: je werkt mee aan het schrijven van news voor interne kanalen (intranet, newsletter, mailings, affiches,...);
- Fotoshoots: je organiseert fotoshoots om een up-to-date fotodatabase van allerlei activiteiten te onderhouden voor externe communicatie (website, employer branding, sociale netwerken);
- Advies en strategie: je adviseert de werknemers bij communicatieverzoeken en legt het verband met de strategie van de onderneming;
- Interne en externe evenementen: je helpt bij de organisatie van digitale en face-to-face-evenementen;
- Je beheert de voorraad goodies met speciale aandacht voor duurzaamheid.

De vereiste kwalificaties voor deze functie als Communications Officer: Social Media and Employer Branding zijn:

- Bachelor of Master in communicatiemanagement, (digitale) marketing management, public relations of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Ongeveer 3 jaar relevante ervaring in communicatie en/of marketing (waaronder het beheren van sociale media in een bedrijf);
- Je bent autonoom en dynamisch, je houdt ervan initiatief te nemen en je werkt graag in teamverband;
- Nieuwsgierig, weetgierig en goed georganiseerd;
- Resultaatgericht & stressbestendig;
- Goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams);
- Heel goede redactionele vaardigheden en onberispelijke spelling;
- Uitstekende beheersing van sociale netwerken en internet (kennis van Google Analytics 4, Wordpress,);
- Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Frans;
- Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
