Experience is always a plus but not mandatory. A supportive team of experienced colleagues is there to welcome you, and you can also rely on personalized guidance provided by the Supervisor. Functieomschrijving We are looking for a dispatcher/customer service officer. Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform ensuring that the customers' stranded vehicles and trucks get back on the road promptly. As a team member, you'll be surrounded by a close-knit group of colleagues, with support from a team leader. Each day brings encounters with people sharing unique stories and backgrounds, and above all, opportunities for continuous growth and learning.Your Role:As a valuable team member, your primary tasks will include:
- Handling phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries, and communicating with involved parties.
- Collecting and verifying information for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
- Keeping all involved parties informed about the progress.
- Monitoring and managing agreements with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all contract-related matters.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional work on Saturdays during busy periods.
- Excellent command of the German (native level) & English (good) language .
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Technical knowledge in the automotive or tire industry is a plus.
- No specific experience required.
- Effective verbal communication over the phone.
- Proficiency in problem analysis and solving.
- Customer- and results-oriented mindset.
- Accuracy with a high work standard.
- Ability to multitask and remain stress-resistant.
