- Begeleiden en trainen van medewerkers in continuous improvement principes.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om verbeterinitiatieven te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren.
- Monitoren van de voortgang van verbeterprojecten en rapporteren van resultaten aan het management.
- Ontwikkelen van standaardprocedures en best practices om duurzame verbeteringen te waarborgen.
- Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering binnen het bedrijf.
- Afgeronde ingenieursopleiding.
- Een eerste relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen de voedingsindustrie of een andere productieomgeving.
