- Eerste lijn support: Bied ondersteuning voor administratieve en technische vragen, inclusief contractuele kwesties, schadegevallen en verzekeringen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de regio Gent of Hasselt (afhankelijk van je woonplaats)
- Opleiding: Bachelor in Industriële Wetenschappen, Bouwkunde, Facility Management of Vastgoed, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Technische kennis: Uitstekend begrip van de technische aspecten van gebouwen zoals scholen, ziekenhuizen en kantoren.
- Ervaring: 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring bij een onderhoudsaannemer, technisch studiebureau of vastgoedontwikkelaar.
- Pluspunten: Kennis van onderhoudscontracten en ervaring met speciale technieken zijn een grote meerwaarde.
- Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- Informaticakennis: Vaardig in MS Office en ervaring met property management software. Bekwaam in het raadplegen van plannen en technische gegevens in bouwtoepassingen zoals Axxerion, Letsbuild (Aproplan) en CAD.
