Job description
  • Technical Design Authority
  • evaluate the impact of the designs and demands on our Datacenter Services, translate these into technical specs and take necessary actions
  • make sure that the infra-components in scope are delivered in time and with highest quality
  • As Service Owner supporting day-to-day operational activities for:
  • Windows servers and system-services, including Citrix
  • UNIX/Linux servers and system-services
  • Act as Level 3 coordinator and troubleshooter for a variety of functional and technical issues and assist in managing the solutions together with
  • internal support (a.o. Scheduling, Security, Enterprise Architecture and Application)
  • external Service Providers
  • business areas and users
