Functieomschrijving Wil jij de drijvende kracht zijn achter onze Matrijzenafdeling?Ben jij de technische professional die graag de controle houdt over matrijzen, nieuwe projecten aanpakt en initiatief neemt om processen te optimaliseren? Lees dan verder, want wij zoeken jouJouw Functie:Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle, onderhoud en herstelling van matrijzen. Als rechterhand van de supervisor van de matrijzenafdeling ben je van cruciaal belang voor het waarborgen van onze productieprocessen en -voortgang.Takenpakket:
  • Uitwerken van bestekken en evalueren van offertes voor nieuwe projecten en revisies aan bestaande matrijzen.
  • Zorgen dat nieuwe matrijzen voldoen aan standaarden voor elektrische aansluitingen, hydraulische aansluitingen, water, etc., volgens het lastenboek.
  • Up-to-date houden van het lastenboek.
  • Opvolgen van levertermijnen voor herstellingen en nieuwe matrijzen, en communiceren met de supervisor Moulding en/of Operations Director.
  • Zorgvuldig volgen en regelmatig evalueren van procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften tijdens onderhoud en herstellingen.
  • Nauwgezette opvolging van de productie met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.
  • Opstellen van een troubleshoot list voor matrijs-storingen en dagelijkse opvolging in de database.
  • Up-to-date houden van de status van matrijzen in de database.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor de voorraad matrijselementen.
  • Uitvoeren van 'mold flow' studies en aanpassingen maken aan product- en matrijstekeningen in samenwerking met de matrijzenmaker.
  • Samenwerking met de supervisor Moulding voor het opstellen van procedures, werkwijzen en aanbevelingen voor organisatie en kwaliteit.
  • Aandragen van kostenefficiënte voorstellen voor verbeteringen en nieuwe projecten.
Profiel Profielschets:
  • Technische opleiding op bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring in de spuitgietindustrie.
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving met veel kansen tot eigen initiatief en ontplooiing.
  • Technische kennis van matrijzen en spuitgieten, IML-kennis is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig en technisch sterk.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Zelfstandig werken en werk voor een team plannen.
  • Kritisch-constructieve instelling met en kan goed creatieve toepassingen en oplossingen aandragen.
