Onze strategische focus werd reeds meerdere jaren op rij bekroond met de prestigieuze HR Excellence Award. Attentia telt verspreid over heel het land 40 kantoren met ruim 750 medewerkers. We zijn een groeiend en financieel gezond bedrijf. Als application consultant ga je een afwisselende job aan binnen de wondere wereld van HR en well-being. Samen met jouw collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze klanten verder geholpen worden op vlak van onze applicaties en tools. Maar je ondersteunt ook bij de integratie van nieuwe klanten. Geen technische achtergrond? Geen zorgen, wij leiden je volledig op on-the-job
Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de support: je behandelt binnenkomende tickets en calls van onze klanten die betrekking hebben tot onze applicaties en tools. Je fungeert ook als 2de lijn voor onze klantenbeheerders.
- Je bouwt mee aan de implementatie van projecten bij nieuwe klanten (demo, configuratie, trainingen, ...)
- Je beheert de toegangen tot de systemen en databanken van de klanten waarbij je rekening houdt met de afgesproken procedures.
- Je wordt een expert in je vakgebied waarbij jouw technische kennis constant verder wordt ontwikkeld. Je doet analyses, testings en zoekt naar oplossingen.
- Samen met jouw collega’s deel je nieuwe tips & tricks, kennis, ... om onze klantgerichtheid te kunnen blijven garanderen.
- Je beschikt over minstens een bachelor diploma en ja, je hebt het goed gelezen. Wij staan dus open voor alle studierichtingen. Masters zijn uiteraard ook zeker welkom
- Heb je reeds relevante ervaring? Top, dan zien we ook jou graag verschijnen.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en gemotiveerd om je te verdiepen in ook wat technischere zaken omtrent configuraties en software. Kennis van SQL is altijd wel mooi meegenomen.
- Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over de juiste communicatie skills om onze klanten tevreden te houden.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands, Frans en Engels is een plus.
