Onze ambitie? Bedrijven en overheden begeleiden bij hun transitie:
- energietransitie: door het energieverbruik en de CO2-uitstoot te verminderen
- digitale transitie: door installaties te verbinden om ze efficiënter te maken
- industriële transitie: door de productiviteit en het beheer van technische installaties te optimaliseren
Equans zoekt een gemotiveerde en ervaren Operations Support om ons team te versterken op onze locatie te Zwijnaarde. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt organiseren en opvolgen van de werkzaamheden voor onze gewaardeerde klant actief in de farmaceutica.
Deze functie kan zowel fulltime als 4/5de worden ingevuld.
Wat ga je precies doen?
- beheren van attesten en documentatie voor projecten en werkzaamheden (Sharepoint)
- facturatie volgens het time/material-principe. Opvolging van aankoop en bestellingen gekoppeld aan facturatie, jij houdt overzicht van de volledige flow (Excel)
- bestellingen uitvoeren voor benodigde materialen en deze in ontvangst nemen (SAP)
- toewijzen van acties en werkvoorbereiding, inclusief backup-functies vanuit het systeem van de klant (SAP), je maakt de link tussen de Equans-systemen en die van de klant
- registreren van uren voor support teams en het opmaken en verwerken van inkooporders (PO's)
- ondersteuning bij het opvragen en verwerken van offertes, waarbij je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor de leveranciers
- administratief opvolgen van onderhoudsplanning en shutdown-planning, in samenwerking met het team en de klant
- versterken van administratieve en communicatieve taken binnen het team
- onderzoek naar digitalisering van administratieve processen met het oog op efficiëntie
Profiel Jouw troeven?
- bachelor of hoger secundair, bij voorkeur enkele jaren werkervaring
- ervaring met SAP is een must, alsook kennis van Excel en Outlook
- technische kennis is een pluspunt, maar de functie is voornamelijk administratief van aard
- je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hecht veel belang aan teamspirit. Het is essentieel dat je veel bij de mensen bent om de samenwerking te bevorderen
- je bent flexibel ingesteld en kan functioneren in een snel veranderende omgeving
- talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
