- Als dedicated recruiter ga jij voor één of enkele van onze grootste klanten op zoek naar verschillende profielen binnen administratie, retail, customer service en andere ondersteunende diensten;
- Je zoekt proactief naar kandidaten via diverse kanalen waaronder onze interne database en externe jobboards;
- Naast de traditionele tools word jij een expert in het vinden van kandidaten via Linkedin en gelijkaardige kanalen;
- Je screent kandidaten en breidt de pool aan kandidaten zodoende uit;
- Uiteraard mag de nodige netwerking niet ontbreken, jij bouwt aan een sterke, professionele relatie met jouw kandidaten én jouw contactpersonen bij jouw klant(en).
- Je werkt graag in een professionele omgeving met commerciële feeling en een people mindset
- Je straalt maturiteit uit en communiceert professioneel met je collega's alsook met de contactpersonen bij jouw klant(en), je vindt het leuk om social media te promoten via jouw persoonlijke kanalen en draagt hierbij de Hays waarden hoog in het vaandel;
- Je bent een multitasker met een open karakter, zin voor intitiatief en verantwoordelijkheid;
- Gedreven door resultaten, streef jij de vooropgestelde objectieven na en help je jouw afdeling naar de top te brengen.
