Als Sales & Event Officer:
- verkoop je evenementen en teambuildings aan onze B2B-klanten
- deins je er niet voor terug om, naast evenementen, ook andere zaken te verkopen of aan upselling te doen (zoals school- of groepsbezoeken, ticketing, wow-boxen, workshops op locatie, enz…)
- ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers en ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van diverse events
- werk je samen in een Sales Team waarbij je aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd werkt

Wat staat er op je TO-DO lijst?
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop, de uitwerking en de administratieve ondersteuning van onze events
- Je neemt ‘ownership’, van offerte, ‘closing the sale’ (contract) en briefing naar het operationele eventteam tot nazorg met het oog op klantretentie
- Om meer klanten aan te trekken doe je aan netwerking en prospectie. Je initieert het contact met potentiële nieuwe klanten en je voert optimale verkoopgesprekken met slechts 1 doel voor ogen: nieuwe langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen
- Niet alleen commercieel, maar ook administratief weet je je dossiers als de beste op te volgen: bestelbonnen, contracten, contacten met leveranciers, correcte kostencalculatie en facturatie
- Samen met het marketing team denk je na over aantrekkelijke acties, en over de promotie van de events op onze kanalen
- Niet alleen eventklanten maar ook interne en andere potentiële klanten (scholen, organisaties, groepen, steden & gemeenten, festivalorganisatoren, …) sta jij te woord en kan jij overtuigen om bij Technopolis te boeken
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma behaald
- Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in de eventsector achter de rug en je hebt een passie voor het verkopen van o.a. incentives, events en teambuildings
- Je kent de verkooptechnieken en je weet elke potentiële klant te overtuigen van ons aanbod. Verkopen geeft jou een kick.
- Je voelt je als een vis in het water als je potentiële klanten kan rondleiden en hen een aantrekkelijk voorstel kan doen
- Je kan goed onder druk van deadlines werken, vooruitdenken en prioriteiten stellen
- Je coördineert ook vlotjes alle administratie die bij een event komt kijken
- Je zorgt met de juiste sociale instelling en flair voor een goed klantencontact
- Kennis van het systeem Gantner / Recreatex is een groot pluspunt. Indien je hiermee geen ervaring hebt, is het belangrijk dat je in staat bent om software-pakketten snel onder de knie te krijgen
