JOUW ROL

 

Voor ons Warehouse in Willebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een Facilitair Medewerker. Als Facilitair Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het (waarborgen van) onderhoud en de planning van de technische zaken van de bedrijfsgebouwen, materialen of inventaris van ons warehouse. Je controleert het gebruik en de status van facilitaire middelen binnen het warehouse. Daarnaast los je zelf eventuele kleine problemen op.

Jouw standplaats is ons warehouse in Willebroek, maar je bent ook bereid om in Grobbendonk te werken indien dit nodig is. Je bent deel van het Facility team, je rapporteert aan je direct leidinggevende, de Facility Manager.

 

 

WAT GA JE DOEN?

 

Je bent administratief bezig, maar ook op de vloer voor de wekelijkse controles, onderhoud en reparaties. Je bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers en meldt onjuistheden aan je leidinggevende. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

 

  • Het oppakken van kleine reparaties/storingen op de vloer;
  • Het onderhouden van facilitaire systemen en het registreren van en rapporteren over de voortgang van werkzaamheden;
  • Het begeleiden van onze leveranciers;
  • Het maken van prio’s in het systeem en dit verwerken;
  • Het onderhouden van securityplannen en procedures inclusief voorschriften betreffende gevaarlijke stoffen, locatiebeveiliging en veiligheidscertificering;
  • Het begeleiden van audits;

 



Profiel kandidaat

WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OP ZOEK?

 

Je bent iemand die graag uitdagingen aangaat en in staat is om binnen een dynamische omgeving te functioneren. Daarnaast ontzorg je graag door te luisteren naar de vraag, te prioriteren en hier praktisch maar kwalitatief hoog invulling aan te geven binnen het operationele werkveld. Je wilt te allen tijde het beste voor je site en je collega’s.

 

 

 

Daarnaast breng je de volgende kennis en ervaring met je mee:

 

  • Een afgeronde technische opleiding en/of basis facilitymanagement bachelor-opleiding;
  • Bij voorkeur een VCA & EHBO-diploma;
  • Ervaring in reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office en geautomatiseerde informatiesystemen;
  • Bevoegd om met elektrische apparaten te werken (VOP/VP) of bereid om deze te halen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
