GoHelp en GoTeach: ondersteuning van verschillende goede doelen Functieomschrijving Als finance specialist ondersteun je de payables manager bij bepalen van lokale en niet- globale processen.

Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte verwerking van de facturen en treedt op als relatiebouwer tussen interne functie.

Zaken als compliance payable processen en geschillenbeheer maken deel uit van jouw dagelijks takenpakket.

Je verzorgt en onderhoudt contacten met alle belanghebbenden en regelt een follow-up met de operationele takken van het bedrijf Profiel
  • Eerste ervaring in Finance, voorkeur Accounts payable (factuurverwerking, betaling, ..)
  • Goede communicatie skills
  • Analytisch denkvermogen
  • Werken in teamverband én zelfstandig
  • Goede kennis excel (pivot, vlookup , ..)
  • Treedt op als confidentiële partner
  • Kritische geest
  • Streeft naar proces improvement, gedreven
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels
