Job description

USG Professionals is looking for a Data Transforlation Lead for our client in the region of Kobbegem. This can be both as a USG Project Consultant or on a Freelance basisOur client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Transformation Leader to lead the Data Culture & Academy track within the Data Democracy project. This role will be pivotal in launching an academy that provides training, guidance, and coaching on how to work with data and use it effectively to create a competitive advantage. The Data Transformation Leader will also be responsible for establishing data communities to foster a data-driven culture within the organization. Additionally, this role will support the Data & Analytics management team in reviewing the operating model and implementing the data governance framework.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data Culture & Academy Track: Develop and launch an academy that offers comprehensive training programs, guidance, and coaching on data utilization and best practices.
  • Establish Data Communities: Create and nurture data communities within the organization to promote data literacy and a data-driven culture.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance data skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Support Data Governance: Assist the Data & Analytics management team in reviewing and refining the operating model and implementing the data governance framework.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments, including HR, Learning & Development, Legal and IT to ensure alignment and integration of data initiatives.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Track the progress and impact of data culture initiatives and provide regular updates to the management team.
Profile

The profileEducational BackgroundA master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. An additional degree in Communication, Pedagogy, or a related field is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field. Experience in leading cultural change initiatives is highly desirable.Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data management, data governance and data analytics principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
