Om de aanzienlijke groei van hun activiteiten op te vangen, zijn ze op zoek naar een manager voor hun leveringscentrum in Zaventem.
Functieomschrijving Jouw hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
- Je assisteert onze C.O.O. bij het dagelijkse beheer van ons leveringscentrum in Zaventem.
- Je beheert een grote vloot vrachtwagens en bestelwagens.
- Met de hulp van onze dispatchers en magazijniers zie je dagelijks toe op het vertrek van onze leveringsrondes.
- Je selecteert nieuwe onderaannemers en controleert of hun voertuigen en administratieve documenten in orde zijn.
- Je zorgt ook voor de theoretische opleiding van nieuwe chauffeurs en voert hun jaarlijkse evaluaties uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging van de verschillende operationele rapporten en vormt de schakel tussen onze klantendienst en onze chauffeurs op de weg.
- Een Bachelordiploma transport en logistiek of een gelijkwaardige opleiding/ervaring in de wegtransportsector
- Je bent vertrouwd met de verschillende administratieve voorschriften in deze sector.
- Je bent vertrouwd met personeelsbeheer en hebt al een grote groep zelfstandige chauffeurs dagelijks geleid.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de verschillende kantoorsoftwareprogramma's (Excell, Word, Outlook) en bent gewend aan een operationele omgeving met een sterke nadruk op logistieke IT-tools.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig, je bent klaar om je te integreren in een dynamisch team en je te laten gelden als leider door je kennis en enthousiasme te delen met je teams.
