Description de la fonction Le poste de Spécialiste de la Paie (International) nécessite de gérer l'ensemble du processus de paie pour plusieurs pays, y compris la collecte des données, le calcul des salaires, les déductions, les taxes et les paiements.

Vous travaillerez avec des partenaires locaux et des secrétariats sociaux pour assurer la conformité en Belgique (avec SDWorx), France, Royaume-Uni et Luxembourg.

Vous devrez également préparer et soumettre des rapports de paie et des déclarations fiscales, tout en collaborant avec l'équipe des ressources humaines pour résoudre les problèmes de paie. Profil
  • Entre 4 et 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de la paie (payroll).
  • Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et un bon niveau en anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout.
  • Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité, finance, ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations légales et fiscales en matière de payroll.
  • Autonomie et capacité à utiliser des outils de payroll et de gestion du temps, comme Protime.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
  • Capacité à collaborer avec différentes équipes pour résoudre des problèmes liés à la paie et à fournir un support aux employés.
Offre
  • Contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 10 mois ou contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI).
  • Salaire compétitif de 3 500 à 4 000 € brut par mois.
