Hoewel er een internationaal kader aanwezig is, wordt er een zeer informele en directe communicatiestijl gehanteerd. Als Financial Controller houd je toezicht op de nauwkeurigheid van de financiële resultaten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van ad-hoc rapportages. Eveneens werk je nauw samen met de Business Controller en CFO om de resultaten van de onderneming te waarborgen.  Takenpakket:
  • Vanuit jouw rol als Financial Controller sta je geregeld in contact met andere afdeling in verband met verbetertrajecten 
  • Je analyseert de financiële aspecten van deze projecten en communiceert hierover direct met het managementteam
  • Hierop aansluitend implementeer je ieder traject in nauwe samenwerking met jouw collega’s binnen controlling en operations
  • Bovendien ben je samen met jouw collega Business Controller en CFO verantwoordelijk voor forecasting en budgettering 
  • Evenals biedt je ondersteuning bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen
Profiel:
  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een bachelordiploma in een financiële richting en kan dit linken aan meerdere jaren ervaring binnen controlling
  • Ervaring met diverse ERP systemen is een must. De implementatie hiervan vormt een mooie meerwaarde
  • Proactief, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig zijn kenmerken die jou omschrijven
