You will scope, phase, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You will advocate program management methodologies for particular needs and monitor and manage program tasks and stakeholders while adjusting program strategy to address complex changing circumstances across multiple functional areas. - Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Represent the program team across a wide range of communications touch points including VP level communications.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including managing team of vendors.
- Define, lead, and own program charters that solve moderately complex problems that aim organization objectives. Translate vague program goals into clear objectives with measurable milestones.
- Develop technical analysis, tools, and processes that support engineering execution, excellence, and velocity. Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, determine milestones, timeframe, and engineering resourcing needs.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders. Develop change management rollout plans for programs including impact analysis.
