Senior GL Accountant

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige reconciliatie van rekeningen en interface, de uitvoering van ad hoc analyses en de opvolging van de analytische boekhouding
- Je beheert de fixed asset module in SAP
- Je bereidt maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor ter ondersteuning van managementrapportages
- Je bent intern het aanspreekpunt voor management en collega’s voor de door jou ondersteunde Rhenus entiteiten
- Je volgt de loonverwerking mee op en stemt af waar nodig met de HR afdeling
- Je staat in voor alle maandelijkse en jaarlijkse statutaire rapportages zoals BTW aangifte, IC listing, Intrastat, National Bank verplichtingen, EU Taxonomy rapportages, etc.
- Je coördineert het proces voor de jaarlijkse audit en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor informatie
- Je stelt de jaarrekeningen op ter goedkeuring voor de auditor en bereidt de fiscale aangiftes voor
- Je bereidt de budgetten voor in samenwerking met de collega’s van de door jou ondersteunde Rhenus entiteiten
- Je wordt mee betrokken bij de integratie van nieuwe acquisities binnen het Rhenus Shared Service Center
- Je komt terecht in een team samen met 4 andere GL accountants en rapporteert aan de Finance Manager van het Rhenus Shared Service Center
- Je beschikt over een diepgaande boekhoudkundige kennis en bent vertrouwd met de diverse statutaire verplichtingen, waarbij je 3 tot 5 jaren relevante ervaring als GL accountant kan voorleggen
- Je bent vertrouwd met de MS Office producten (MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.); kennis van SAP R3 en S4 Hana is een plus
- Je bent IT minded en snel wegwijs in operationele systemen (Transport Management Systemen met klassieke dossierboekhouding)
- Je bent hands-on, resultaatgericht en beschikt over de juiste maturiteit om de nodige verantwoordelijkheden binnen A&F te dragen
- Je bent een sterke communicator en hebt zowel mondeling als schriftelijk een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
- Je krijgt de kans te werken bij één van de top-logistieke bedrijven wereldwijd dat ondertussen meer dan 110 jaar ervaring in de sector kan voorleggen en bouwt mee aan de toekomst van Rhenus Logistics.
- De werksfeer is warm met ruimte voor autonomie en initiatief en de bedrijfscultuur typeert zich als hands-on met korte communicatielijnen.
- Je komt terecht in een voortdurend groeiende omgeving in een erg dynamische sector met een grote werkzekerheid.
- Je werkt op een makkelijk bereikbare werkplaats in Antwerpen en er is een optie tot telewerk.
