In het groeiende team, zorg je ervoor dat financiële gegevens tijdig, accuraat en volledig worden vastgelegd om zo correcte financiële stuurinformatie te genereren.
Je bent alert op opmerkelijke en afwijkende zaken en neemt proactief deel aan het verbeteren van accountingprocessen en het verhogen van de efficiëntie ervan.
Je taken omvatten onder meer:
- Uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingsprocedures.
- Voorbereiden en controleren van journaalposten.
- Zorgen voor de aansluiting van subgrootboeken en grootboekrekeningen.
- Verzekeren dat alle transacties nauwkeurig en tijdig worden verwerkt.
- Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige registratie van alle activa en passiva aan het einde van de periode.
- Voortdurend stimuleren van verbeteringen om processen te optimaliseren en ondersteunen van procesverbeteringen, inclusief het doen van aanbevelingen voor training en updates van procedures.
- Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingsactiviteiten, zoals het opstellen van balansspecificaties, financiële reconciliaties en het verwerken van overlopende posten.
- Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van de maandelijkse rapportagepakketten voor je entiteiten.
- Je hebt een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma.
- Je bent zelfstandig, stressbestendig en je mist geen enkele deadline.
- Je hebt ervaring en diepgaande kennis van BEGAAP.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Engels en Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in Microsoft Excel, en kennis van JDE, Isabel of Connexis is een extra troef.
- Je beschikt over goede analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende persoonlijkheidskenmerken: gestructureerd, nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht, proactief, flexibel en energiek.
