Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice aan Volvo Group-klanten in heel Europa wanneer een van hun voertuigen problemen heeft. Je neemt een proactieve aanpak om voertuigen zo snel en soepel mogelijk weer op de weg te krijgen. In een dynamische omgeving werk je samen met collega's van over de hele wereld, waar je team je familie is buiten huis. Je spreekt verschillende talen om onze klanten te ondersteunen. Je neemt volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor internationale pechgevallen en houdt klanten op de hoogte van de voortgang. Je denkt creatief en proactief bij het oplossen van problemen en werkt samen met dealers, reparateurs en andere belanghebbenden om de best mogelijke service te bieden.
