Dans le cadre de notre croissance et de notre expansion, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager talentueux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe à Namur.
Mission :
En tant que Project Manager IT, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre de projets informatiques variés, contribuant ainsi à notre stratégie globale de transformation digitale.
Responsabilités :
- Diriger et coordonner avec efficacité plusieurs projets IT, de l'initiation à la clôture, en veillant à leur alignement sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Assurer la synchronisation des plannings et des contraintes technico-fonctionnelles pour garantir le succès des projets.
- Gérer la communication et les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en veillant à ce que les attentes du projet soient clairement définies et satisfaites.
- Superviser la mise en œuvre des projets dans le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de qualité établies.
- Identifier, évaluer et atténuer proactivement les risques potentiels associés aux projets, en proposant des solutions appropriées.
- Produire des rapports d'avancement réguliers et transparents pour les parties prenantes concernées, en mettant en avant les réalisations, les défis et les opportunités.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et opérationnelles pour assurer une exécution efficace des projets.
Profil Recherché :
- Diplôme en informatique, en gestion de projet ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience avérée en gestion de projets IT, de préférence dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets, avec une bonne compréhension des méthodologies telles que Agile, Prince2 ou PMP.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en leadership et en gestion des parties prenantes.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome, à résoudre les problèmes et à prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
