Le département IS Sales Solutions (SSO) met en œuvre, exploite et entretient toutes les solutions informatiques de vente qui permettent aux clients d'acheter, d'utiliser et de gérer leurs titres de transport avec un maximum de flexibilité. Ce département travaille naturellement en étroite collaboration avec ses partenaires commerciaux, ses fournisseurs et les autres entreprises de transport public en Belgique
Le département est - entre autres - responsable du domaine des validations Mobib/EMV/Qr Code mais aussi des machines de ventes automatiques (AVM) avec une équipe dédiée pour laquelle nous recherchons un Technical Analyst  

De quoi sera composé votre quotidien ?

 

  • Vous maitrisez les aspects techniques liés à de nouveaux projets ou des évolutions dans le domaine : vous êtes la personne qui sait comment les choses fonctionnent.
  • Vous êtes un interlocuteur clé dans le domaine, entre les différents Fournisseurs, le Product Owner et les Opérations sur le terrain. 
  • Vous êtes amené à analyser les comportements des systèmes et le cas échéant investiguer des problèmes parfois complexes.
  

Profiel kandidaat  

 

  • Bachelor en Electronique ou Informatique avec idéalement quelques années d'expérience en solutions IT Industrielles
  • Un esprit curieux, débrouillard et ayant une grande soif d’apprendre.
  • Autonome, bon communicateur, aussi bien oralement que par écrit.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais et une connaissance passive de la deuxième langue nationale
