De Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen, een proactieve en innoverende speler in de verzekering voor geneeskundige verzorging, zijn ontstaan uit een groepering van drie apolitieke en dynamische ziekenfondsen (Partenamut, Helan en Freie Krankenkasse). Het is onze missie om onze ziekenfondsen kwaliteitsvolle diensten aan te bieden en hun wettelijke gesprekspartner te zijn. Wij zien er nauwlettend op toe dat zij voldoen aan de huidige eisen en behoeften om de gezondheid van onze leden te beschermen. Functieomschrijving Regional Operational Manager bij de Onafhankelijke Ziekenfondsen, iets voor jou?
In deze functie draag je de operationele verantwoordelijkheid voor de activiteiten van de pluridisciplinaire teams in de medische kabinetten van jouw regio. Deze teams evalueren de arbeidsongeschiktheid en de socioprofessionele re-integratie van onze leden, en bestaan uit adviserend artsen, paramedische adviseurs, terug-naar-werk-coördinatoren en administratief assistenten. In samenwerking met de medische directie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de performantie en het welzijn van alle leden van de medische kabinetten van Wilrijk/Herentals/Genk.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- De operationele activiteiten van de teams van je medische kabinetten organiseren, optimaliseren en coördineren
- Het werk van de paramedische adviseurs, terug-naar-werk-coördinatoren en de administratief assistenten regelmatig evalueren
- De agenda’s van de teams en de logistieke aspecten van je medische kabinetten optimaal organiseren
- Erop toezien dat procedures coherent worden toegepast en dat de informaticatools naar behoren gebruikt worden
- Actief bijdragen tot de evolutie van de procedures
- Verslag uitbrengen over de activiteiten, alsook over de verwerking en opvolging van de maatregelen die eruit voortvloeien
- Het change management leiden, toepassen en ondersteunen
- Consultaties houden met de leden
- Een diploma als kinesitherapeut, verpleegkundige of klinisch psycholoog is onontbeerlijk.
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands. Een goede beheersing van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt idealiter ervaring met teambeheer.
- Je bent diplomatisch, assertief en hebt empathie; je communiceert op een doeltreffende manier.
- Je kan een overzicht behouden van de activiteiten, zelfs in drukkere periodes.
- Je bent een echte team player en je coacht en motiveert je medewerkers.
- Je bent flexibel en bereid je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende kabinetten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je bent vertrouwd met informatica en leert makkelijk met nieuwe programma’s werken.
